Enjoy arts, crafts, food and music at the annual Anna Maria Island Butterfly Park Arts and Crafts Show at Holmes Beach City Hall Field, 5801 Marina Drive
from 10 am – 5 pm on Saturday, November 10 and 10 am – 4 pm on Sunday, November 11.
Shop for unique items for yourself and your home and special holiday gifts for everyone on your list. You will find jewelry, photography, clothes, art, soaps and
more. Stroll the show with a bag of kettle korn or a smoothie while enjoying listening to the very popular music duo – Patchouli, back by popular demand from Minnesota.
Bring a chair, relax and enjoy their fabulous sounds. They will have their cds for sale which make great gifts.
Admission is free and there is plenty of free parking available, or ride the free trolley.

There will be a Book Signing hosted by the Gulf Coast Writers on Nov. 10.
A few of the local authors and illustrators who will be waiting to greet at the artsHOP book signing are:
- Alice Moerk with her series of books. The first book is "The Waters of Lethe", the second book "Silent Signals", the third book "The Piper from T'P'S'L ",
NLAPW Fiction Award recipient, the fourth book, "Frozen Music", the fifth book "The Bag Ladye's Tayle".
Alice had started her second series of books beginning with "Ain's Song", and receiving the Eudora Welty Award.
- Birgit Quam, has written the book "Worlds Apart Memoir of an Emigrant Girl".
- Bob Bailey has authored six books. The first of which is "Plain Talk About Leadership",
the second is "The New Leader", the third is "Super-Size Your Sales", the fourth is "What Do You Do When You Are Having A Bad Day", the fifth is
"The Poverty Advantage", and the sixth is "Baja Outlaw".
- Corinne Rector Ferrara (Fariello) has written Vol. 1, "All About Me / All About You", Prose and Poetry, embracing heartfelt perceptions of nature,
mind and spirit. Graphic Design by Rebecca Barbier.
- Jane Webb, author of "My Super Stupendous Day At The Beach". Eileen Cupolo as her llustrator.
- Judy Allen, author of "Around the Bend with Lou", describing her Motor Home travels.
- Laura Shely, "The Adventures of Rusty and Hazel". Illustrated by Dee Pastorius.
- Pat Abrams, author of "Noah and the Search Dogs", a delightful children's book.

Many area artists will have their painted chairs displayed on the porches of Holmes Beach and on Pine Avenue in Anna Maria several weeks before
artsHOP - come by and try a few on for size and then come to the Studio at Gulf and Pine to place a bid on your favorite one. We'll have a lot of artists in
attendance, refreshments, wine and all of the bidding sheets for the chairs. Join in the fun and after you've purchased your chair you'll have plenty of time
to walk across the street to see Mousetrap at Island Players.
